I - Announcements/ Agenda/Administrative

Approved November 22 minutes with one modification: change of Annie Hallat from the present to the excused category in the attendance record.

Noted with great sadness the recent death of LSB member Ted Friedman.

Discussed impact on program council roster. Stan Woods, as the next runner-up in the last LSB election, will be assuming Ted's seat on the LSB, and resigning from his position as a community representative on the program council. Annie Hallat to research the next runner-up from the community rep candidates in 2004, to confirm candidate and whether or not they are available to take the position for the rest of the
term.

II - On-Going Programming

Discussed renewal decision on Thinking Out Loud with Bill Mandel pilot. Voted not to offer a new contract (11-4). Discussed possible options for featuring Bill Mandel on-air in the future. Amelia Gonzalez-Garcia (PA Director) to explore these further with Bill and some community representatives and report back in early January.

III - Special Programming

Announced a one hour special on prisons and profits - to be scheduled by PA Department sometime in the next month

Announced that December 10th proposal from Labor Collective was declined due to craft-fair related programming, but that a 30 minute pre-recorded segment planned as a part of that show would be aired. Arrangements to be made by Maxine Doogan and Vini Beachum.
