Any absent PC members who want either the 11 page summary or the full 113 page document should request one prior to June 28th from Tracy - who is getting them duplicated.
II - Evaluations
On June 28th, Program Council will review the completed evaluations for the Cycle 3 music programs: Over The Edge, Crack O'Dawn, and Puzzling Evidence, the two Sunday News teams, the Cycle 2 PA program: Sunday Salon, and the Cycle 3 PA programs: Full Circle and Africa Today. PC hopes to discuss and finalize possible modifications by July 12th for implementation post-August fund drive.
V - Administrative
Amelia, Mary and Annie are working on improvements to the program evaluation form. They will make suggestions to the full PC at the June 28th meeting if time allows, or as soon as possible thereafter. Improvements focus largely on eliminating questions that focus on issues some of the evaluators cannot properly assess - like the state of the log sheet and the promptness of the programmers.
Minutes site (www.kpfapc.motime.com) will add the names of all the program council members and will provide an e-mail address to contact all the members.
Discussed the possibility of continuing communication stategies training as begun in the PC retreat on April 9th. There are some issues to be resolved with timing and expenses so the option remains open pending further discussion with the trainer.
